Demonic ForcePhoveus's next Basic Attack charges at the enemy, knocking them back, dealing extra Magic Damage equal to 4%-6% of the enemy's Max HP (scales with level), and gaining a Shield equal to 8%-12% (scales with level) of his own Max HP. This effect has a 26-14s cooldown (based on Infernal Pursuit's level). Astaros' Gaze: Whenever an enemy hero blinks, dashes, or is displaced within 8 units, the cooldown of Demonic Force will be reduced by 20% and other skills by 0.5s.
Enemies with multiple mobility abilities can greatly reduce Phoveus's cooldowns, so he can use his enhanced Basic Attacks and skills more often when facing heroes like Wanwan, Arlott, and Chou.
Phoveus will struggle against ranged heroes with strong CC, such as Aurora, Valir, and Vexana.
